Life Sustained Coaching & Relationship Support FAQs
Our coaching rates are structured to provide personalized relationship guidance based on your needs. Standard 50-minute coaching sessions are available at $190 per session. To introduce new clients to our process, we offer a first-time session at a package rate of $140.
We also provide 3-session and 5-session packages at discounted rates to encourage continued relational growth and intentional investment in your future. Coaching is an engaging, equipping, and empowering process designed to bring clarity, connection, and transformation to your relationships.
Life Sustained provides coaching services, not clinical therapy, so we do not process insurance claims. Coaching is considered a personal and relational growth investment rather than medical treatment.
However, some clients use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to cover coaching costs. If you’re unsure whether coaching qualifies under your plan, we recommend checking with your provider.
No and no! At Life Sustained, we support individuals, couples, and parents at every stage of their relationship journey. Whether you are:
- Single or dating and preparing for a future relationship (Lessons in Love Pathway)
- Engaged and building a strong foundation (One Flesh Pre-Marital Program)
- Married and looking to strengthen your connection (Together Forward)
- Parents navigating the balance of marriage and family (Bringing Baby Home)
Even if your partner isn’t ready to join, you can start alone and see meaningful personal and relational growth. The best relationships start with one person making positive, intentional changes.
Our coaching approach is faith-driven, action-oriented, and research-backed. While traditional therapy may focus on analyzing the past, Life Sustained Coaching is designed to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and practical tools for transformation.
We believe relationships thrive when they are intentional, faith-rooted, and built on grace and communication—and our coaching reflects that.
Come anyway! Change in a relationship often starts with one person taking steps toward growth. Rather than begging your partner to join, focus on your own personal development and the shifts that you can control.
We have seen many individuals apply what they learn in coaching and positively influence their relationship, leading their partner to engage in the process over time.
Yes, healing is possible. Infidelity creates deep wounds, but trust can be rebuilt. While the process is challenging, we have worked with many couples who have restored their relationship and found deeper connection than before.
At Life Sustained, we help couples walk through the stages of healing, focusing on honesty, accountability, and restoring emotional safety. We also recommend "The Science of Trust: Emotional Attunement for Couples" by Dr. John Gottman or "Communion: The Female Search for Love" by bell hooks as valuable resources alongside coaching to support your journey toward healing and restoration. If you’re facing this challenge, we encourage you to consider our coaching alongside trusted resources like Shirley Glass’s book: "Not Just Friends" as a companion to your work.
This is a painful place to be, but you are not powerless. Our coaching focuses on empowering you with tools to approach your marriage with wisdom, patience, and hope—whether that leads to restoration or closure.
One person’s commitment to change can often influence the entire relationship dynamic. Even if reconciliation is uncertain, coaching will equip you for clarity and emotional strength in the next season of your life.
No. While we believe in the value of marriage, we understand that every relationship is unique. Our goal is not to convince you to stay but to equip you with clarity, wisdom, and peace as you navigate your decision.
We guide, we don’t decide. Our role is to provide biblical wisdom, faith-driven coaching, and practical tools to help you make informed choices.
Absolutely not. At Life Sustained, we do not dictate the outcome of your relationship. Instead, we help you explore your goals, challenges, and possibilities, so that you can move forward with intention and confidence.
Coaching is an investment in your relationship, personal growth, and long-term well-being.
- The average cost of divorce is over $15,000—coaching is a fraction of that cost.
- Relationship stress impacts mental, emotional, and physical health—coaching provides tools for lasting transformation.
- Coaching provides lifelong skills that strengthen every area of life, from marriage and parenting to work and community.
If cost is a concern, we can explore package options to ensure you receive the support you need.
Sometimes, yes. Growth requires change, and change is uncomfortable at first. But like strengthening muscles through exercise, relational growth happens through effort, practice, and patience.
Short-term discomfort leads to long-term transformation. If you commit to the process, you will see results.
Yes. Faith is a core part of Life Sustained, and we offer coaching from a biblical worldview while integrating research-based best practices.
If you want biblical coaching and prayer, we provide that.If you prefer a practical, research-based approach, we respect that choice as well.We honor where you are in your faith journey and meet you there.
